using Winrar:
1) Open the folder containing all the 21 zip files downloaded from here.
2) Open Winrar. The Winrar will display all the 21 zip files.
3) Highlight all the 21 zip files displayed in the Winrar interface and
click extract. This extracts all the 21 zip folders into one new folder.

4) Go to the newly extracted folder which will now contains all the new sub zip files.
5) Click and extract the first new sub zip file. The Winrar will
automatically extract all the sub zip files to generate the .exe file
needed.
